By accessing and using mrtuna.co (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.

3. Reservations

Reservation requests submitted via the Website or WhatsApp are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team. Submitting a request does not guarantee a table. We reserve the right to decline reservations at our discretion.

Cancellations: We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For parties of 8 or more, 48 hours’ notice is required. Repeated no-shows may result in future reservation requests being declined.

4. Menu & Pricing

Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. The online menu is updated regularly but may not always reflect current daily offerings. All prices are in THB and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, photographs, logo, and design — is the property of Mr. Tuna or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
