Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Reservation Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team, who prepare for every table in advance.

• More than 24 hours’ notice — full cancellation, no charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice — at the discretion of management.
• No-show — guests who do not arrive without prior notice forfeit any pre-paid amount or tasting menu commitment.

2. Private Dining & Large Groups

For private dining reservations (8 or more guests), the following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 14 days’ notice — full refund of any deposit paid.
• Between 5 and 14 days’ notice — 50% refund of deposit.
• Less than 5 days’ notice — no refund.
• Reduction in guest numbers — please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late reductions may be charged for the original number of confirmed guests.

3. Pre-Paid Experiences & Gift Vouchers

Where Mr. Tuna offers pre-paid dining experiences or gift vouchers in the future, the following conditions will apply:

• You have the right to cancel a voucher purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund via the original payment method.
• Vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of dining. We cannot offer change on partial use.
• Vouchers must be presented on arrival and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• Vouchers are not refundable in cash after the 14-day cancellation period.
• All bookings using vouchers are subject to availability.
• Guests who do not arrive without providing at least 24 hours’ notice forfeit the voucher.

4. Newsletter Subscription

Our newsletter is entirely free. There are no charges associated with subscribing or unsubscribing. To remove yourself from our mailing list, click the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at info@mrtunacompanies.org.

5. Special Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts. Specific terms will be stated clearly with each promotion. Mr. Tuna reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
